Unfortunately due to the complicated Indian Customs and Banking Systems, we cannot accept a return back to India or refund the payment back to you.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The possibility of such an event is very rare as we take packaging and safety of the products very seriously.
