Returns/ Refunds
On our website we have made a very sincere effort to present before you all the goods in their actual condition by displaying several pictures and also taking a 360 degree view for certain products. This has been done so that you can be absolutely sure about what you are buying.
Unfortunately due to the complicated Indian Customs and Banking Systems, we cannot accept a return back to India or refund the payment back to you.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. The possibility of such an event is very rare as we take packaging and safety of the products very seriously. However, under such circumstances please feel free to contact us on support@nationalminerals.in and we will do everything to solve the problem for you.
